Attention Internet and .biz banking Customers Please Read Regarding Website Down Time:

On Monday, November 3, 2008, the Internet Banking merger from Bay Community Bank ("Bay") to Union Bank and Trust Company ("Union Bank & Trust") will be completed. Your new Internet and .biz banking sites will look very similar to the Bay sites and offer the features you currently use with Bay.

• Beginning Thursday, October 30 at 6 p.m. through 8 a.m. Monday, November, 3, Bay Bill Pay system will be unavailable as we prepare to transfer your records. Payments requested prior to this time will be processed as scheduled.
• On Friday, October 31 at 4 p.m. through 8 a.m. Monday, November 3, your Bay internet banking and .biz banking access will be unavailable to allow us to convert your records to the Union Bank & Trust internet banking and .biz banking systems. However, all online transfers processed before 5 p.m. will be credited on that business day.
• On Monday November 3, The Union Bank & Trust website will be available at approximately 8 a.m. The website address is www.unionbankandtrust.com. You will be able to view your account information including your cleared transaction history up to Friday, October 31.
